Chavin Z\u00e9ro combines the tradition of French sparkling wines<\/strong> with modern technology: a gentle vacuum distillation process at low temperatures<\/strong> removes the alcohol while preserving the original aromas and quality<\/strong> of the wine. The result? A non-alcoholic sparkling wine<\/strong> that is in no way inferior in taste and style to a classic champagne, but contains 0% alcohol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
