We are delighted to present two special new products: Chavin Zéro Rosé and Chavin Zéro Blanc de Blancs
non-alcoholic sparkling wines from France that impress with their elegance, taste and innovative production.

Chavin Zéro combines the tradition of French sparkling wines with modern technology: a gentle vacuum distillation process at low temperatures removes the alcohol while preserving the original aromas and quality of the wine. The result? A non-alcoholic sparkling wine that is in no way inferior in taste and style to a classic champagne, but contains 0% alcohol.

Chavin Zéro Rosé

• Appearance: Delicate, shiny rose-colored gown.
• Aroma: Fine notes of gooseberry, cassis buds and red berries.
• Taste: Fresh and balanced with a gentle sweetness and a mineral note on the finish.
• Low in calories: only 12 kcal per 100 ml (5 times less than conventional champagne).
• Perfect with: aperitif, fatty fish, seafood, cold dishes or Asian dishes.
• Serving temperature: 6-8 °C.

Chavin Zéro Blanc de Blancs

• Appearance: Golden yellow with light green reflections.
• Aroma: Fresh aromas of white-fleshed fruit (apple, pear), citrus zest and a subtle hint of roasted hazelnuts.
• Taste: Lively and elegant with a creamy texture and a hint of brioche.
• Award: 91 points in Falstaff Tasting 2025.
• Perfect with: caviar, foie gras, asparagus, scallops, poultry or desserts such as macarons.
• Serving temperature: 6-8 °C.
