1991
Jeanny and Marcel Ruppert laid the foundations for our family business. They started selling agricultural products in Oberdonven, the location of our current R’Buttek. The range was soon expanded to include garden products, plants, soil, fertilizers and heating oil. Products that can still be found in our range today.
2002
we have set a new course: The sale of agricultural products was discontinued. At the same time, we started trading in beverages – with the clear aim of supplying our customers even more comprehensively. As the demand for heating oil grew steadily, we invested in our own truck. This enabled us to guarantee fast and reliable delivery.
2006
the company was split into two separate companies – one for heating oil and one for beverages and garden supplies, in order to provide optimum support for each area. However, the management of both companies remains firmly in family hands.

Our family, your trust
What began over 20 years ago, when we founded our own family business, has now grown into something we are immensely proud of. Today, our sons Marc, Paul, Philippe and Nico are carrying on what was built up back then with a great deal of passion.
Marc coordinates the administrative processes and manages the energy department. Paul organizes the logistics and handles the sale of drinks. Philippe is responsible for R’Buttek and the warehouse. Nico manages the rental equipment and looks after the vehicle fleet. Jeanny is still a regular at R’Buttek and looks after the garden supplies area. Marcel is enjoying his well-deserved retirement.
Our service for your well-being
Our diverse range includes everything from drinks and event materials to heating oil. We also operate our R’Buttek in Oberdonven, where we offer a complete shopping experience with our beverage store, garden store and wine shop. Together with 75 dedicated employees, we supply the whole of Luxembourg every day with 22 delivery vehicles in order to fulfill our promise on a daily basis:
